An indication I received that shows that even at the idea of a home purchase, the land transfer tax with should have in mind. It could be that the buyer pay a new home has high taxes if he buys the lot and house completely -> tax base for the real estate tax appeal to the notary! Presumably, the client saves a lot of money if he buys the property first, and only somewhat later [?] To build the home, because then the tax for the home is not counted. Otherwise it with one! estimated
